Too much information.

Like most great ideas, ours started with a problem – information. Nowadays we are bombarded with information. Emails, documents, letters, files, texts, direct mail, statements, tweets, posts – we are experiencing such an information overload it’s a wonder we digest anything at all. Now if you’re in business, expect to be getting the lions share, as in 2013 business email accounted for over 100 billion emails sent and received per day and is only set to get higher. Not only this but 80 million tonnes of paper are thrown out of UK offices every year through documents, letters, proposals, procedures, notices – you name it.

So with all this going on, is it any wonder that important information often gets missed? How many times have you thrown that seemingly scrap piece of paper to one side only to find weeks later that it was that important confirmation letter that should have gone back yesterday? How often do you skim through your emails and through the sheer volume, miss that one labelled high importance from your admin manager about the new company policy?

And what about when you’re at the other end of the chain? How often have you sent that email out to your fellow colleagues and wondered if it actually got read or just got moved to the ‘maybe later’ pile? How many times do your clients fail to get back to you after spending hours on that proposal for them, only to waste another few hours trying to pin them down?

I bet it’s a lot. Fact is 42% of corporate email is ignored and 15% of all documents get lost or misfiled so the odds aren’t exactly in your favour. That means more time chasing that person who didn’t get back to you, more time wasted waiting for your colleagues to find the document you put on their desk weeks ago, and more money lost because you had to take time out of your already hectic schedule to follow them up.

That’s why we developed Read&Sign.

How does it work?

Read&Sign is the new way to send messages, notices and important documents both internally and to your clients to get instant feedback on their response.

Not only does it ensure that your important messages are getting read and are being understood, it automatically chases those who haven’t – no more excuses, no more chasing, no more nonsense.

Here’s how it works…

Create notification.

So whether it’s the new health and safety policy which needs to be read by your staff, or an event invitation to your clients, use our simple message composer to write or attach your document/message.

Select recipients and groups.

Easily add and assign recipients to groups depending on their role in the organisation for even quicker bulk sending. You can also categorise your messages so that they are automatically sent to specific groups making it even easier to send your message to the right people with no rekeying.

Add a due date.

Need a response soon? Not a problem. Simply add a deadline to your message to encourage recipients to respond. Not only will we send them a reminder of outstanding notices every morning, with a simple click of a button, you can send additional reminders for those who need that extra kick.

Improved communication. No chasing.

Get instant feedback and reports when your messages have been read and understood by recipients. With Read&Sign, users have to actively click to accept that they have read and understood your document so no more excuses for not knowing that new procedure or missing that important meeting.

We’re still working hard to ensure Read & Sign is the best it can be before going live, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated with exciting new developments.
